Are you passionate about wine, spirits, and delivering an exceptional customer experience? Our beloved neighborhood wine & spirits shop is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and organized Store Manager to lead our team and create a welcoming environment for our loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, scheduling, tasting schedules & more
-Cultivate a warm, welcoming atmosphere where customers feel engaged and informed
-Train, develop, and motivate team members to ensure outstanding customer service and product knowledge
-Drive sales goals by creating in-store promotions, events, and engaging product displays
-Manage and maintain high-quality standards for product selection, store appearance, and cleanliness
-Build relationships with wine and spirits suppliers to ensure a well-curated selection that reflects customer preferences
Qualifications:
-3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wine or spirits industry
-Strong knowledge of wines and spirits, with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing this knowledge with customers
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on creating positive customer interactions
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
